Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa Tucson, Tucson

The resort offered a mixed experience for my stay. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the overall facilities could use some updates. The services, especially in the spa, were limited and disappointing due to its restricted hours. On the brighter side, the pools were enjoyable, and the staff truly made an effort to assist.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the Westward Look Resort. The views are absolutely stunning, and while my upgraded room was quite nice, the initial room was far from ideal. The service was friendly, and the facilities had potential, but the overall maintenance issues and inconsistency took away from the experience. If you're considering a stay here, make sure to check your room thoroughly upon arrival.
